One Item, Inc built the Health Science Index app as a Freemium app, provided in the app store as a no cost trial and is intended for use as is. One Item is committed to maintaining the accuracy, confidentiality, and security of your data and personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”). As part of this commitment, our privacy policy governs our actions as they relate to the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information and Data Safety. For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including your screen name, the email you provide to us to login to the device, and a phone to allow for the text based features. The user has the option to allow the app to download the phone’s contacts so that the app user may create a “support group” to help them track their personal goals, such as lose weight, refrain from smoking, etc. This feature is optional. Just don’t share with friends if this concerns you. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.
The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you or those in your contact list, however this is done via the “friends support feature” and is totally optional. Information is not collected to sell to others, or to use in any way, other than to provide features for the user.
Identifying Purposes
We collect, use and disclose only the bare minimum of Personal Information to provide you with the product or service you have requested. At the time we collect the information, you will see choices and fields to enter. Not all fields are required. When you see a form, its purpose will be clear. If you purchase a subscription or service your name, address and payment information is provided as part of the membership or order process will be necessary to complete the transaction. We do not store financial data on our servers. We do not share or allow the purchase data with 3rd parties, unless they are retained by One Item.

Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
